We're happy to print or embroider garments you provide. Because we didn't source these garments,
they carry risks our own stock doesn't — this form explains how that works, in plain language.
When YOU supply the garments
Spoilage allowance: decoration is not a perfect process. You accept that up to 3% of supplied
pieces (minimum 1 piece) may be damaged or misdecorated during production, with no compensation owed.
Liability cap: for any piece damaged beyond the allowance, our liability is limited to
refunding the decoration charge for that piece. We cannot replace, or pay the value of,
garments we did not sell — this applies regardless of the garment's price.
Handling: supplied garments are subject to a $1.00/piece handling charge ($15 order minimum),
covering check-in, counting, sorting, and re-bagging. Counts are verified at drop-off; we decorate
and charge only what we count.
Right to decline: we may refuse or shop-quote garments that aren't decoration-friendly —
waterproof or coated fabrics, heavy seams, used/washed goods, unknown fiber content, or high-value items.
No turnaround guarantee applies until garments have been checked in and approved for production.
When WE supply the garments, there is no spoilage risk to you.
Any piece we misprint or misdecorate on garments sourced by Patterson Print Shops is
replaced and re-decorated at no charge. You always receive the full quantity you ordered.
